What was the
greatest value to you, in terms of the coaching you did with
Stuart? |
|
The coaching
helped get my priorities organized. The accountability kept
me on track in achieving my goals. My coach helped me celebrate
the progress and challenged me to keep progressing constantly. |
|
|
How would you
measure, (quantify), this value? |
|
I saved a lot
more time and mental energy by organizing my priorities which
made me more productive and less stressed. I think the two biggest
concepts I got from the coaching were the Vision development
and the concept of PROGRESS not PERFECTION. This makes everything
a lot less stressful for me. |
|
|
What new skills
have you formed/developed that are helping you to be more successful? |
|
Time Blocking,
Constant prioritization of my tasks, reviewing my schedule every
night for mental preparation. Overall organization skills were
encouraged. |
|
|
What new habits
have you formed/developed that are helping you to be more successful? |
|
I have a habit
of constantly evaluating how I spend my time and whether it
is supporting my big priorities. I have a habit of constantly
reviewing my schedule so I am prepared for my next day. |
|
|
| Describe what you accomplished
to deserve an "A" in your coaching program? |
|
The skills and habits I developed
have crossed all areas of my life – both business and personal
– and have helped me to accomplish many of the goals that
I visualized in the exercise. I have literally created my destiny
according to my vision. |

| Please write a brief testimonial
on the value you received in working with Stuart. |
|
My coaching experience was fantastic!
My coach led by example which drove me to reach for a higher standard
of living and running my business. He was very supportive and
helped me to break some of my less than productive habits and
implement new, more productive habits. I am much more organized
and prioritized in my actions. I have and will continue to refer
Stuart to colleagues and friends. Thanks a million!!! |
