What was the
greatest value to you, in terms of the coaching you did with
Stuart? |
|
I am making
more money and have much less stress in my life overall. |
|
|
How would you
measure, (quantify), this value? |
|
I work on one
hundred percent commission. I have sales/earning history going
back a number of years. My sales have increased over 40% since I
started working with Stuart. When I look at the graph comparing
last year to this year, it is a dramatic increase! |
|
|
What new skills
have you formed/developed that are helping you to be more successful? |
|
There are
many. Stuart has taught me to act "as if" I am having a good
month (as far as sales) even if I am concerned about it. My
stress level has gone way down. I have not had a poor month since
I started working with Stuart. |
|
|
What new habits
have you formed/developed that are helping you to be more successful? |
|
I now begin
every day with a plan. I have learned to use and rely on a
calendar. I am much more organized and have tools to continue to
grow. |
|
|
| Describe what you accomplished
to deserve an "A" in your coaching program? |
|
Wow, I had to read it several
times before I realized that I wrote it in the past about the
future. To summarize: I realized that I needed help. I get up
early, work smart, work hard at improving, and as a result, I am
more relaxed and spend more time with my family. |
|
| Please write a brief testimonial
on the value you received in working with Stuart. |
|
I sell specialty construction
materials for commercial construction. While I will always be
learning the business, I knew that my organizational skills were
lacking and holding me back. Stuart has helped me set up systems
that allow me to run and grow my business. My sales have increased
40% and I am working the same number of hours! I don’t even think
about the cost of coaching. I have made the investment in hiring a
coach that I meet with and call on a regular basis. Stuart I can’t
thank you enough! |
