Here are my top 3 ways to get business NOW.

The very best way to get business NOW is to personally connect (call, meet for coffee, or stop by their house) with all the people in your Sphere of Influence. These are the people who know you, like you, trust you, and who want to help your business succeed. When you talk with your Sphere, ask for what you want – referrals. Now is the time to be courageous, to step out of your comfort zone, and ask the people in your Sphere who they know who is thinking of selling or buying. They will be happy to help you when you ask. Learn how to effectively market to your Sphere by taking the “Get Your Sphere in Gear” Clock Hour Class.

Put on your public face and show up as a Real Estate Agent

Wear your name tag and be prepared to talk intelligently about today’s market

Join organizations within your community

Join a hobby club that interests you

Sponsor community events

Join a Networking Group

Write articles for your local newspaper and speak on relevant real estate topics

Make 20 new contacts every week

Since it’s a buyer’s market, hold open houses to meet more perspective buyers. Sharpen your skills in holding open houses so that you effectively connect and follow-up with the people who show up.

The key is to be highly visible to the people in your Sphere since they are the ones who are most likely to give you repeat business and referrals. And, be visible in your community and actively increase the number of people who know you. Most importantly, be Pro-Active. Take the initiative and be courageous! Thanks
