Stuart’s Experience

With over 20 years of sales, marketing and business/project management experience, Stuart Kaufman’s life work has provided a solid foundation for his work as a Real Estate coach. As a project manager, Stuart has coached and led many project teams in establishing and prioritizing goals; developing, implementing and monitoring action plans; addressing and overcoming barriers; helping team members be accountable, and achieving successful outcomes. He uses these same skills and techniques in coaching individuals and groups.

Stuart started his own coaching practice in 2002. His coaching practice is focused on helping Real Estate agents and others create more financial and personal success by helping them be accountable and focused. Stuart challenges and motivates his clients to improve their skills in order to manage their daily workloads, delegate tasks, prioritize and organize work, and create healthy boundaries. They are provided the skills, tools, and support to be accountable and focused, which leads to more closed transactions and success.

Stuart Kaufman earned an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (honors), a Master of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from the University of Minnesota (honors). He is a graduate of the Coach Training Program at Coach U. He is a columnist with the Washington REALTOR News. Stuart is an exercise enthusiast and leads an indoor cycling (spinning) class at a local Seattle fitness center.

“Stuart helped me improve my delegation and leadership skills, which provided me with more time to focus on management work and less time doing work that could be done by others. He helped me strategize and outline talking points of difficulty, but needed, conversations with employees.”
